Notes:Not a good run this morning. I set out for 13 miles since that was on the schedule, but I was not sure I would be able to make it - ended up starting off too fast for the distance, plus too late since the sun was already up and hot. It was in the low 70's when I started and in the mid 80's when I got back, but nearly 90% humidity the entire time. As is noticeable, the last 3 miles I walked a bit each mile.

The last three weeks of not being consistent with running or eating has really had it's toll on me.
