Took my daughter Payton to Alexander park to run with a friend so I decided to get 6 miles in while I was there as well. This is the first 3 miles. I ran it a bit harder than I intended since I was running a total of 6 miles so I stopped and walked back to the restroom before finishing off the 2nd set of 3 miles.
