Notes
It was hard getting out of bed this morning but I finally made it out of bed at 4:55. It was also hard getting out the door, but finally made it out the door at 5:25 for my 4 mile run. It was cold at 26 degrees, but not nearly as bad as the 18 with 6 wind chill on Monday morning or Tuesday evenings 29 with a wind chill in the teens.
Good run once I got it going and past the first 2 miles.
