Why do I run:
It is my time....my thoughts, my prayer time....I work out my demons |
Why I started running:
I found that it was a stress reliever and so I was doing about 3 miles four times per week. A friend of mine said "hey lets run a marathon" How far is that.....been hooked ever since. |
