Tired legs from the Sunday 24miler but with the weather close to 50 but turning cold and maybe even some snow tonight I decided to bump the workout up a day. I'm glad I got it in although another day of recovery would have been a lot better for the legs. Goal is to negative split so I finished pretty weak but still a solid morning of mileage.
