Why do I run:
Because it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. Actually, I'm sure it pre-dated sliced bread. Which is saying something. |
Why I started running:
A bit of extrinsic motivation. It wasn't exactly a dare, but more of a challenge. And I don't walk past challenges. :) |
