4x40sec easy hill. 3x1200m @ 10m-10K. 3xSteep hill. 2x1200 @ faster.
So, I banked a bit of rest for this workout, after last week went so poorly. I was determined to stick with Rick, as I had done in the Spring. Partial success. The last 2x1200s had me behind by 8seconds, but my splits were not that out of line with how I started. And we started damn fast: 6:00 pace (my 5K pace).
The Steep hills killed me. It was about 55secs up the hill. So, more than was planned.
I was pretty happy with the workout, though -- so was Coach.
