Shitty shitty shitty shitty shitty run of shit. Humid as shit. At least I knew from the start it wasn't going to be a tempo day.
Crappy sleep this week with lots of travel: not enough recovery, I guess. !sleep, stress, travel, !sleep. Sucked. So, an "easy" on a crappy day. Felt it every mile.
Glad it's over.
