1mi x 2(10k) w/ 400m recovery, 2x800m(5k) w/ 2min recovery, 2mi(10k).
Beginning miles felt very good. During the 800m legs started getting tired. 2mi felt daunting at first, but kept focus to turn in 6:03 and 6:01. The pace group started to slow a little in the last mile, so for the final lap I had to pick it up to keep the negative split.
