Well, almost a fail. It was damn hot and muggy for 6am. Ran with Kenny and Sarah. Picked up Hosni and for a short time Amy.

Goal pace was 8:30 - 7:45. We kept it around 8 most of the time. The course is 5mi up hill, then 5mi downhill. The last uphill just killed me. My hydration plan was basically 1-liter of Hammer Endurance at the start -- so we only hit it three times for almost 20mi. Not too bright.

I was doing well until mile 12, then on that hill to 15 things got hard. At the 15mi turn around I just didn't have much and was eager to find a drink . . . which was 5 miles away. Failed a Will saving throw.
