Why I started running: My 38" waist pants were starting to scream at me to move up into a 40" waist. I had always said I would never wear a 40" waist pair of pants so when my 38" pants were screaming at me to move up I decided it was time to do something about my enlarging girth. I bought the 10 Minute Trainer videos and after a couple months decided to try running as well and while looking up running programs I found the Couch-2-5k plan and decided to give it a try. Started the plan in late June of 2011 and been running ever since though I have since ditched the 10 Minute Trainer for better workout programs. Wish I had started this years ago. |
