First time doing interval training with No Excuses Running
Did better than expected. Last weekend's 5k helped me get a feel for almost maximum effort without blowing up and how that race pace feels like. Fumbled with the watch a couple of times, need to lock down the bezel next time I run. Mentally had a hard time keeping track of my laps.
800 fast + 200 slow jog x 4 sets + 400 fast + 200 slow jog x 4 sets
GPS logged 4.15 miles due to not always running in lane 1. Lane 1 lengths should be 3.98 miles.
