| Notes: | Ran at Betzwood and to Oaks and back. Got a late start due to nobody being home to watch Aaron early enough. Managed to join in with Ira, Dan, and Joan for the last 4 miles of their run and then continued on. Wanted to run 18 but had to cut my run short due to storm. Ran last three miles at a tempo pace to make it back to the van before it hit. Got two minutes down the road and it was like a mini tornado!
