Yesterday ran a 5K PR. Today ran second longest run ever. Ran first 15 miles averaging 8:30 pace. Ran last six progressively faster with last 4 miles under 7 minute pace. 21st mile was at 6:26 pace while gaining elevation. Could have kept going.
Had to take 6 leaks! and only drank 16 ounces. Not happy with that.
