Notes:Up late after a bit of over time & a bad night sleep so had to abandon the MAF today just too get a run in felt a lot nicer to be breathing hard & working to keep going. Tried for 9 min pace which I made quit well but it felt a lot harder than it used to. Mile 3 took a fair amount out of the tank. Think it would be hard to keep going for 7 miler.
