Why do I run:
Nothing makes me feel better about life than to be out in the weather on the roads. My energy soars as I get off of the morning subway to start my run and it stays that way all day. |
Why I started running:
I stopped for ten years and gained about eighty pounds, so I started again and eighty of those pounds are gone for good. |
