    Notes:Treadmill run started at 5.3mph then by 18min was up to 6 mph then slowly decreased back down to 5.8 mph until finish. HR took 20min to get up to zone of 143-148. After about a half dozen spikes above zone. Felt efficient compared to last treadmill run.
