| Notes: | Beautiful nice cool morning out. T 64-67 DP 64-67. This allowed me to run at a much faster pace while maintaining a low HR. I noticed that on the uphills I didn't have to slow down as much as usual, perhaps this is due to strength developed from the Looong hilly Umstead run. This may be my fastest overall run so far while maintaining low HR. At about 6.5 to 7 miles I did start to feel significant fatigue in my legs. So I recorded the quality of this workout an 8. Highest performance score for 1:20 run yet: 1.106206897.
