    Notes:PR'd, however it was poorly run race. I did not give myself a chance to warm up. Was the main problem. I was also a little stiff from the 7 miler on thursday. First mile was only about a 8:39.26 but I was still pushing since I was cold. This sapped much of my anaerobic energy to early. I also ate a bowl of serial only about an hour before start time, so I felt a little sick during latter half of the race. Training has not been very consistent either, this may have also influenced the outcome.
