Notes:Very happy with this given the training. Happy to know that I called the plan about right. It's hard to know if a fraction slower pace in the first half would have enabled a stronger finish up that damn hill or not. But overall, I think squeezed out as much result as was possible on that pace. Legs very sore today, but I just discovered I made it into Tokyo Marathon on the second draw!!!!!!!!!!!
