A couple of laps of the palace. Although I label this lower aerobic, I actually set out to test what happens following Mystery Coach's prescribed Lydiard workout pace. I pegged 4:40 as what he recommends as the Mon, Tue steady state pace + 8%. I was curious to see how this lined up with Hadd's lower aerobic. The first lap is a little bit too early in the run for the heart rate to match the pace, and I definitely tried to keep to 4:40. During the second lap I was allowing the pace to get faster as long as I stayed in lower aerobic zone. It got down to 4:30 for significant periods, sometimes dipping into the lower 4:20s. But by the end of the lap I think there was starting to be a pretty close convergence of Hadd lower aerobic and Lydiard (Mystery Coach) easier pace.
