About me:
Have been running fairly seriously for about five years. Thus far have run four marathons - training for OKC Memorial Marathon 4/27/08. Married 23 years with two boys, ages 15 and 9. |

Health, well being, and I love to eat! |
Why I started running:
Worked with a guy who is a serious runner (Boston qualifier) who helped me get started and stay motivated in the early going. It is also pretty cool to be healthier and in better shape than the majority of people my age (50). |
