Notes:Third time around with Martin. Planning to hit the gym twice a week, alternating two slightly varied set of exercises. Focus mainly on core and upper body strength, as that is my current bottleneck. Legs get enough of attention running and biking. Though I plan to finish my sessions with a short fast run on the treadmill, if I feel up to it.

Currently doing six exercises per session, three core and three upper body, with 3 sets, first set approx 12 reps then declining. Aiming to push all out all three sets, but am allowing some time to get used to the exercises before going all in. Focus on doing everything properly and doing it SLOW - trying to be in the current moment and not pushing to some end goal number of reps.

Core, every session:
Back extensions on incline
Sit ups on incline
Torso rotation, sitting

Upper body, session 1:
Chin ups, assisted
Breast press, dumbbells, horizontal
Reverse flies

Upper body, session 2:
Chin ups, assisted
Shoulder press, dumbbells, standing
Rowing, core locked
