Notes:First long run on my new training schedule. Didn't feel too great, so took a 1h30m run instead of 2h30m. Think 2h30m might be a bit too much for me right now, too. Maybe better start off at like 1h45m or 2h and work it from there. Also I'm not used to the Aqua shoes, thinner than the Puma Cabanas. Calves clearly not strong enough, or my technique is poor, probably both. Right toe hurts a bit, as well as left knee inside back and slightly inside front. Should consult physiotherapist.

Was surprisingly easy though, upper legs fresh, and felt pretty light all the way, calves excluded. Will continue running despite knee and foot, unless it gets worse. Should limit Aqua runs to 1h though. Maybe I'll use them for the interval sessions, and the Puma Cabanas for the long runs.
