Why do I run: Fitness and fun. I love the parties at the big races and the fun concepts devised by so many. I love that I have the fitness now to race in the morn and then shag balls at my son's baseball practice an hour later. |
Why I started running: I watched boys and girls, ages 11 -15, wear pink socks in memory of XC coach's late wife. Decided if my child could honor someone in that manner, I could train for the Breast Cancer Half Marathon. |
