| Notes: | Two miles easy, then progression for five. The plan was to drop 30 seconds each mile, and I pretty much did that. Last half mile I went as fast as smooth could take me. Everything but the first two miles felt great, I was feeling a little weak to start but it passed with the increasing speed. |
