Why do I run:
It has become part of my routine. It makes me feel good and healthy, and like I'm doing something just for myself. |
Why I started running:
Was doing Weight Watchers and couldn't get those last 10 pounds off. Now, they've crept back on, and I want to be rid of them for good! |
