Why I started running: For health. I started out with cycling a few years ago, then when a friend had a tri bike for sale, I figured "why not give it a go?" I did a couple duathlons & really enjoyed the running. I thought I'd go for a marathon, why not, and that might be it... And since then I've just been having a great time setting new goals. |
