About me: I'm married, no kids (2 cats) and we love living in New Mexico. I currently run 5-6 miles three days a week. I've done one marathon and two half marathons with Team in Training, but now keep it to shorter distances. I don't think my body could take a full marathon again! |
Why do I run: I enjoy the time with myself and my music. Running makes me feel better, both physically and mentally. Plus, as long as I keep running I can keep eating and drinking! |
Why I started running: For fitness. Then a girlfriend talked me into joining Team in Training, and I did two seasons - the first training for a half marathon, the second for a full. The running was good for me, for sure, but it was also nice to raise a lot of money for a worthy cause. |
