Why do I run:
In addtion to training for triathlons and adventure racing, I found out that it's also great for relieving stress and helps a lot with my lifelong insomnia.
My wife says my mood is a lot better when I'm running. |
Why I started running:
To get in shape for adventure racing, which is sort of a dream I've had for a while. |
