Notes:Wanted an easy run as early as possible today, and try to rest before 5k tomorrow. Felt more difficult than it should have to run 7:30's. Slight hint of top-of-right foot pain, and left blister bugged me. Felt really good 20 minutes after run- nice endorphin or serotonin high :)
