Why do I run:
I run to win. I run to discipline my mind, body, and Spirit. I run to spend time in nature and God. |
Why I started running:
I started running in middle school because my dad had run cross country. I started out with a 20 minute two mile. As I worked, it became a hunger and thirst to keep going and to become one of the elite. Now, a two mile is low 10 minutes. |
