| Notes: | It was fun watching my cadence increase (35-75) while HR stayed relatively steady. After 10:00, I gradually increased cadence to 90-95 range and tried to hold it there till cool down. During intervals, I kept the same gear and slightly adjusted cadence to handle HR changes and try to keep it under 135. In cool down, when I dropped down several gears, HR increased, possibly due to faster cadence allowed by less effort. |
