About me:
I'm an office worker with an 825 schedules. A 10 year smoker who just quitted a few months ago. I had inguinal hernia operation last Oct 2006, after that i my weight boomed to a whooping 75kls. Right now im trying to get back to my ideal weight (63 kls). |
Why do I run:
It makes me feel good and lets you live longer. Runner's high, anyone? |
Why I started running:
To gain confidence and have a sense of accomplishment. And guess what?runner's high. |
