Why do I run:
I've found that 2 things are more relaxing to me than anything else
1) Running by myself with my iPod
2) Running with Emily, Liz, and Greg on a nice long run, all at the same pace. |
Why I started running:
Because I played sports my whole life, and it's difficult to get people to play, so running became my best activity. Marathon training began when my wife and her sister decided to run, and have been running since (2004) |
