| Notes: | Very painful starting out, pain began subsiding about 0.60 into the run. Was present the whole way and spiked a couple of times when I had to hop/run through plowed snow on the shoulders, but overall the pain let up further into the run. I tried to maintain a consistent 9:30ish pace, but found it difficult to do so for whatever reason. I think simply because I had been off for a week and have lost a bit of the pace "feel". Everything else ok and I wasn't tired at all from the run. Iced the leg right away when I got back and got done stretching and am still doing so right now. Splits:
1: 9:28
2: 9:34
3: 9:33
4: 9:43
5: 9:39
Last 0.50: 9:25
