About me: Started running in May 2008 because I wanted to get back in shape.
I ruptured my Achilles playing Tennis in 2005, but it doesn't bother me too much anymore.
In October (2008) I suffered C6/C7 herniated disc. I recovered quickly, and I'm back running 20-25 miles a week. |
Why do I run: Stay fit and stress free. Also, I like BEER! |
Why I started running: To lose weight and get/stay in shape. |
