Recovery Run. Keeping it simple. Stretching, some HS PT, and a short jog. Will come back tonight with more HS PT, core, and weights. Stumbled in the darkness twice in early part of yesterday's 3/4s effort. Started stepping higher which resulted in harder landings. Was noticing the extra impact by late afternoon.
