Notes:Week 3 Day 3 - (r3 w2) x 9 - I forgot to post yesterday's run! I didn't run last Friday to finish Week 3 because my hips were very sore. But week 4 is a recovery week - sort of a step down for a bit before ramping up again next week. So out of the four runs I picked the three longest and I'll do those this week and then not fall behind :)
