    Notes:Splits 12:46, 12:43, 12:59 (long slow upgrade), 12:48 - First training run with Garmin. Started yawning and feeling like I was a little out of breath after 3 miles but not severely. Was able to clear it by "belly-breathing" for several breaths.
    Felt thirsty after 1.5 miles, but held off drinking any water until 2 miles in. Drank 1 0.5L bottle during last 2 miles.
