I'm a marathon runner trying the break that 4 hour goal. I run usually 2 a year in the fall and do Half marathons in the Spring and Summer. |

Addicted to it. It's a lifestyle now. I also like to train for races. |

Lose weight and get in shape. Used to run in High School. |
