Why I started running:
I started running, sort of on a dare. Some friends were talking about training for a half and said I should try it. I said "sure, if I can run a mile, I can run 13". I couldn't run 1/8th of a mile at first. That was July 2012. In October 2012 I ran/walked a half in 2:16. PR'd a 5k at 28:15 on Nov 17. |
