| Notes: | Ouch. That sucked.
Aborted Yasso 800s. Not exactly a confidence builder.
Planned 10 x 800m @ 3:30 w/equal recoveries.
First six went fine, all between 3:27-3:29.
Halfway through the seventh ... just one. Walked halfway home. Ouch.
Lessons learned:
A full bottle of wine was probably a bad idea.
Two meals of greasy pasta ditto.
Half a bowl of buttery pesto tortellini 15 minutes before hard intervals? Really?
In the middle of the afternoon in August?
Also, hydration matters. 4 cups of coffee and a cookie probably don't count.
Interesting experiment in pain management.
3:30 out of the question? Or just a collision of stupidity vectors?
It's less thinking, more running - but not no thinking, dummy.
