Why do I run: To set goals for myself. I am an extremely competitive person, and this gives me an outlet. I also love running for a team, as we are able to keep one another motivated and hold each other accountable! It makes it easier to go out and do the workouts knowing that other people are counting on you to get better. |
Why I started running: Once I stopped playing basketball, I just wanted to find something to do to stay in shape. Thanks to the Cumberland Gap Hilltoppers, I was introduced to the racing scene and I fell in love with it! |
