Why do I run: I feel better when I run. I like breaking my own limits, being tired, stomping the city, opening the entrance door when I'm back home and saying "not bad today".
I know it's good for my body, my mind and my spirit. And I'm trying to establish a one-out-of-two tarining schedule.
My blur goal is to join the San Silvestre (10 km) next year. Not completely decided, but the matter going round my head. |
Why I started running: As a human, I'm suppose to excel in two areas: rational thinking and long-distance race.
But though I'm not bad in the first one, I must confess I've been kind of a potato coach all my life. Until I made up my mind and started training.
I was lucky to have my nowadays significant one support ( he was just a very very good friend then) , which made the first and worst days easier. He didn't thought I was crazy when I told him I would like to run someday a 20 km race just because I was a human being;)
