| Notes: | Me and MC. MEP came w/for the first mile. FINALLY, everything's starting to feel better. No lingering issues. Just nice and easy for the next coupla weeks.
This training prep fell apart early and never got to where I wanted it to be. But the goal is to finish, nothing more. It's also about understanding what marathon training takes, and figuring out what I'm capable of realistically handling going forward. It is nice to know that I can crank out 30-45 mpw w/out much issue. Next time will be about making that 55-70 mpw. Then, when I can handle that, I'll start adding some faster stuff into the mix.
First things first, though. Oct. 19 is coming, and yeah, I'm a fucking mess. |
