First half of the 21 miler. The plan was to run the first loop at around 9:35 m/m. Stop, stretch out, grab some gatorade, then hit the second loop in 9 to 9:20 m/m. Results on the first lap; good. Results on the second lap? Not so much. Had stomach trouble starting at about 8 miles. Had to hit the bathroom at the half way point. Stopped longer than I wanted. Lost some mojo and really struggled to get back at it. Never got comfortable on the second loop. Died w/about 5 miles to go. Had to walk/run it home. Crap.
