    Notes:Nice night for a run, post-work. Cramped up at 5 miles, GI. Hit the rr in the park on Okemos Rd, prolly saved my life. Not surprisingly, ran much smoother after. Legs feel good. IT bands a bit twingy at the end, but not horrible.

    I think I've narrowed the stomach trouble to yogurt at lunch...we shall see next week!
