| Notes: | Double loop of the north 10 miler. Started out in the fog, heavy. Cool, around 55 F. Humid, but so cool it didn't matter at all. Legs feel good some 6 hrs later.
First 20 miler!!!! It went way better than I could've hoped. The plan was to go easy on the first 10, then hang on for the second 10. Turns out I ran the second 10 like a progression. And now I know what running hard on tired legs really feels like. Fastest mile for the run was mile 19, in 8:34 m/m. Awesome!!!
