Easy run on the lunch loop. I forgot to check my watch at the measured mile, but I did a measured 0.8 mile in 5:48 (7:15 pace). Not too exciting of a day; it was windy, I ran, and I'll be out again tonight standing around while I time folks running repeats around the track.
